SOLD!!! to the guy from California

Yep - Mom sold her house last week. We are all so relieved we can't even tell you! She sold it to a guy that was born and raised in Omaha before moving to California - he has 3 kids still living in CA and is moving into the house by himself. Mom is closing on Jan 8th so all need to really get going on the packing. This buyer has truly been a blessing in disguise because he has also agreed to buy all of mom's furniture. He apparently is not transporting all of his stuff from CA so literally has nothing! He is buying everything that mom isn't taking with her including the stuffed antelope head on the wall in the basement. I think Dad had a hand in finding this guy and leading him to Plattsmouth Ne, it truly is unbelievable and mom is beside herself with happiness.
